To process your store return do the following:

1. login to the website

2. enter the respective RMA #'s and quantity count for each RMA that is being returned

3. enter the #: of empty totes that are being returned

4. enter the #: of any pallets that are being returned, and

5. print (2) copies of the BOL manifest:

- have the driver sign one copy in the designated area

- the store retains the driver signed copy

- the second copy goes with the driver and travels with the items being returned.
